Good morning,

I have plenty of experience to offer you.

If you have a business or 'you' are the business, and you're spread out too thin, please consider me. I have plenty of private and public sector experience to offer you (please read below). I managed a business for over ten years. I sell items on Ebay (100% feedback rating over 11 years) and can sell for you (I sell antiques and collectibles, but I've sold a wide variety of items, ie computers; cell phone; cameras; clothing and more.). I'm familiar with internet car sales (autotrader.cars.com, recycler,craigslist etc.) and have a automobile sales license. I've also purchased and sold automobiles and trucks.

Commercial and Residential Properties : Commercial building(s) or shopping center management?? I managed a 9 store front shopping center and office space (25 Suites) for a commercial building/small shopping center partnership. I am currently an on site apartment manager (16 years) in Gardena. This job includes advertising; interviewing applicants; signing lease agreements; run credit checks and general maintenance. I advertise, screen and select tenants; sign lease agreements; manage legal documents etc. I do maintenance on the property and hire subcontractors and delegate work assignments as needed. I'm a responsible Property Manager. The owner will be selling soon. *Willing to relocate*.

Commercial Facilities Manager: I was a Facilities Manager for a large non-profit agency (my budget, which I authored, was about $400,00) in the Santa Monica area. I managed a 10,000 square foot office building and 7 Program Centers. In this position I manage all phases of security, fire, air conditioning, HVAC; plumbing,electrical, office supplies, purchasing; scheduling outside trades for services and much more.

Business Management:, I co-managed a medium sized construction company for ten years. I negotiated contracts and solicited bids; purchased materials, hired contractors and office staff; advertising; selling our services to large accounts; budgets and projections; bank reconciliations; Accounts P&R; Workers Comp and liability insurance; reviewed and authorized labor and materials invoices. PURCHASING: From lumber, vehicles and office equipment/supplies to hardware, trucks,computers and tools to include market research and the lowest shipping rates. I'll find you the best products and shipping for the lowest price.

Non Profits:, I was a project coordinator for a Native American self-sufficiency program (American Indian Housing) in Los Angeles. I helped Native American's transition from 'reservations' to city life. I was the Recruiting Manager for the U.S. Census in charge recruiting and hiring for 7 cities in the South Bay and South L.A. I monitored the LAUnified and LACounty Office of Education 'After School Enrichment Programs'. I opened the Volunteer Center of WLA and was its first director. I've also done advertising and fund-raising.

Import/Export:, I have imported goods from overseas for resale. If you have wholesale access to products, please let me know. I'm Ebay and drop ship savvy.

I can work at home for you too:, I have a complete home office with fax, scanner, digital camera, copier, mailing labels and priority mailing boxes and envelopes. UPS and USPS is only a block away. I'm very comfortable on the internet and computer (Word, excel, research, data entry, ebay, etc..). I write great ads and business letters.

I'm degreed (Master in Public Admin.), but don't let the degree mislead you, I've rolled back my sleeves many times. I have white collar experience, but I'm a blue collar kind of guy. I'm very respectful and of a positive nature, and find it easy to get along with most everyone.
