Hard for me to see why you'd have a problem...seems a significant number of Renters now are renting because of the mess of the last 6-7 years
You can pay and that's puts you in the desirable group ;)

The problem with multiple people using a profile (Bob & Ted & Alice..June and Ward) is you don't always know who's responding when
You get a helpful response from June & Ward then ya get a "What?" response...confusing
(I know it's signed Tim this time but not sure Tim always signs..if it is Tim then......What?)

Hopefully the teamwork when representing a client is more consistent/helpful/professional
