GE is an equal opportunity employer, offering a great work environment, challenging career opportunities, professional training and competitive compensation.The Marketing and Tenant Retention Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for Property Marketing and Tenant Services & Retention across 15MM sf of commercial office real estate located across the US. Essential Responsibilities: Proactively support the assigned manager(s) and team by independently handling all assigned duties, taking direction from and balancing the needs of staff members Maintain data accuracy ? broker/tenant contact background information for portfolio Update Company website along with other social media sites with information including but not limited to property, programs and personnel Provide support for targeted property & broker marketing including e-marketing, direct mail, fulfillment of promotional collateral, management of field requests, and event support coordination Maintain and coordinate webinar invitation and registration process Manage vendor management including price negotiations and execution of contract deliverables Assist with Social Media marketing and content management Build marketing-related PowerPoint presentations as needed Handles all accounts payable for the Marketing Department ? processing PO?s and invoices in online Accounting system Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule appointments and meetings and arrange travel schedules and itineraries May process and reconcile Travel & Living expense accounts. Schedule, plan, and organize logistical details for in-house and off-site meetings Type letters and memos, create charts, reports, proposals, contracts, agreements, or other types of correspondence and maintain records of all documents Provide general office administrative services including telephone coverage, mail and fax processing and distribution, file set up and maintenance, photocopying, ordering office supplies and scheduling of 1-on-1 meetings with clients

Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years office, secretarial, or administrative experience. PC literacy ? MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Desired Characteristics: Bachelor?s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field Proficent with email marketing campaigns Prior Marketing experience in an office setting Graphic design experience and capability Exposure or interest in Real Estate, Marketing & Communications, Customer Service, Sustainability Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills Multi-tasking and working well under pressure Responsiveness ? Sense of urgency Excellent time management/organizational skills Professional demeanor and presence Open to new challenges and willingness to learn Commercial Real Estate experience or knowledge
